This dough bowl was made by hand on a early lathe out of a single large section of tree trunk. It measures 20 inches across and 7 and one half inches high. This is one of the few bowls of this size we have seen without any repairs or age cracks. It is in wonderful original condition with a nice dry nut brown patina. Shipping extra. This early chimney cupboard came out of a early house in Glastonbury CT in the 1960's. The single door H hinges have been replaced but the rest is original. Wide single board back with rosehead nail.s. Measures 36 inches high by 20 and one half inches wide by 1 and three quarter inches deep. The back section that sat inside the wall next to the chimney measures 34 and three quarter inches high by 19 inches wide, 11 and one half inches deep at the bottom and 7 and one half inches deep at the top. The inside shelf space measures 12 inches on the bottom, 9 and three quarter in the center and 10 inches at the top. Shipping extra. Early American Bronze fireplace cooking cauldron c1800. This bronze cauldron measures 9 inches high and 10 and one half inches across. Made from two pieces that were hand forged together. This pot has a wonderful old rich patina. There is an old heat line crack near the bottom so it longer holds water.It would make a wonderful flower pot or decorative addtion. Shipping extra. The top is a single scrubbed pine board 11 and one half inches deep by 96 inches wide.The bench is 17 and one half inches high. Boot jack ends, square head nails. This is a very difficult piece to find because of its size, which measures 29 and one half inches wide by 18 inches deep and 29 inches high. Single wide board top and sides. The front, sides, and back are all held with hand made wooden pins. The early knobs where removed and replace with brass pulls at one time, but have now been put back to original.
