Early English mahogany architects desk c1790. Early desks designed for architects are quite rare. This only the second one we have had in 32 years. The top adjusts in two directions. The drawer opens and has a writing surface that can slide back revealing compartments for utencils. There is also a box that swings in and out of the drawer. Original hardware.
